About TM-PM

Understanding client's needs, working in a collaborative and adaptable manner and using sound project management techniques are my offerings to clients requiring project management to achieve their business goals.

With 12 years of experience in the construction industry and as a Project Management Professional, I bring my skills and experience to any type of project. My goal in working with clients and business owners is to ensure they are able to focus on their business objective: be it to start or transform a business, launch a product, or complete a construction project while I manage the operations, deliverables, scheduling and budget to achieve a successful completion.

PMP Designation

On top of the industry experience, training through the Project Management Institute has led to a Project Mangement Professional (PMP) designation. It has allowed me to expand on the skills gained from the construction industry to apply them to a broad range of industries.

Lean

As TM-PM is a small operation, we work out of sattelite offices with very low overhead.

Green

TM-PM has worked on various LEED projects and understands and encourages the value of being green. We work and assist on LEED or WELL projects and ensure our company operates as green as possible.

Myers Briggs

Can provide Myers Briggs assessment for project team members through a third party as a communication coaching tool. The results, if the client chooses to, can be reviewed with TM-PM to better understand each other's communication styles. This investment facilitates successful working relationships.
